These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the Gloucester Maths Academy website, tutoring administration portal, and related services. By using the service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Gloucester Maths Academy provides private maths tutoring and a portal used to manage lesson scheduling and payment administration.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and any applicable charge/refund treatment are managed directly between tutor and parent/guardian based on the agreed tutoring arrangement.
We may suspend or terminate access where there is breach of these Terms, safeguarding concern, material security risk, legal requirement, or unresolved payment/administrative issues.
Use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
All website and platform content (excluding your own submitted content) is owned by or licensed to Gloucester Maths Academy. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute content except where permitted by law or written permission.
We aim to keep the service available and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages, and security actions may affect availability from time to time.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where that would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are responsible for foreseeable loss directly caused by our breach of these Terms. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable or arise from matters outside our reasonable control.
If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also have rights to bring proceedings in your local courts.
For Terms or service complaints, email [email protected] or use the website contact form and include "Terms" or "Complaint" in your message so we can route it appropriately.
